Book any trip through the GPXpress app — taxi or private hire, cash or card. Every completed ride qualifies.
Earn
Points land in your account automatically after each trip. Watch your balance grow right in the app — no codes, no receipts.
Redeem
Apply your points at checkout to discount your next fare. Save them up or spend them as you go — they're yours.
Points made simple
Redeem 100 points for J$100 off a future ride. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Common questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. Every GPXpress rider is automatically enrolled in GPX Rewards. Your points start accumulating from your very first ride.
Do cash rides earn points?
Yes. Whether you pay the driver in cash or by card in the app, every completed trip earns points.
Do my points expire?
Points remain valid as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, unused points are forfeited.
Can I combine points with promotions?
Points can be applied on top of standard fares. Where a promotional discount is running, the better of the two offers applies unless stated otherwise.
Where do I see my balance?
Your points balance appears in your in-app Wallet, right alongside your payment options and redemption history.
