GPXpress Terms of Service<\/b><\/h1>

Last Updated:<\/b>\u00a0February 4, 2026<\/p>

1. Contractual Relationship<\/b><\/h3>

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GPXpress Platform, owned and operated by the Sole Trader Company, trading as Red Fox Consulting<\/b>\u00a0(“the Company”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>

2. Description of Services<\/b><\/h3>

GPXpress is a technology platform that connects Riders with two types of third-party transportation providers:<\/p>

  1. Registered Taxis (Hackney Carriages):<\/b>\u00a0Licensed public passenger vehicles (PPV) identified by red license plates.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Independent Contractors (Private Hire):<\/b>\u00a0Private individuals operating as contract carriage providers via the Platform.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Acknowledgment:<\/b>\u00a0Red Fox Consulting does not provide transportation services. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or negligence of any Driver.<\/p>

    3. Fare Structure & Payments<\/b><\/h3>

    • Taxi Fares:<\/b>\u00a0Fares for registered taxis are governed by the\u00a0Transport Authority of Jamaica<\/b>\u00a0approved rates.<\/p><\/li>

    • Contract Rates:<\/b>\u00a0Fares for independent contractors are estimated by the Platform based on time and distance.<\/p><\/li>

    • Cash & Digital Payments:<\/b>\u00a0Riders may pay via cash (to the Driver) or by debit or credit card.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Safety & Compliance (Transport Authority Standards)<\/b><\/h3>

      To ensure safety on Jamaican roads, all Drivers on the Platform must:<\/p>

      • Maintain a valid Jamaican Driver’s License (General or PPV as applicable).<\/p><\/li>

      • Provide proof of current Certificate of Fitness and Road License.<\/p><\/li>

      • Carry valid insurance covering “Carriage of Passengers for Hire or Reward.”\u00a0GPXpress reserves the right to deactivate any Driver who fails to meet these regulatory standards.<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        5. User Conduct<\/b><\/h3>

        • Zero Tolerance:<\/b>\u00a0Harassment, violence, or illegal activity will result in a permanent ban.<\/p><\/li>

        • Cleanliness:<\/b>\u00a0Riders agree to reimburse Drivers for any material damage to the vehicle interior (e.g., spills or debris) as determined by the Platform.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          6. Limitation of Liability\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>

          RED FOX CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY DRIVERS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ARRANGED VIA THE PLATFORM.<\/b><\/p>

          7. Governing Law<\/b><\/h3>
